Overview:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for revenue and cost analysis for all regions of our company.  This function will focus on compiling, analyzing, and interpreting customer profitability data to equip senior management with insights needed to understand existing trends and guide forward-looking strategies. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Compile and run our management reporting for month end using a database tool (Vena).
  • Compile and analyze monthly revenue and cost data that is tied to monthly financials.
  • Compile monthly reports on customers and profitability by customer.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed using multiple sources of data.
  • Ensure timely reporting to upper management of findings.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual operating budgets.
  • Key Player in software changes and implementations as they occur.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years accounting experience in a finaical statement preparations and variance analysis.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills and solid database application experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ablity to work in a fast pace enviroment with changing priorites.
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to collaborate with others to get the job done.
  • Self motivated and self directed.
