In this position... 

Ford Pro Mobile Service Business Development Manager will deliver the execution of Ford Pro Mobile Service. Working cross-functionally, this role delivers value for our commercial customers and dealers by ensuring mobile service offerings meet demanding customer needs.

What you'll do...

• Drive Dealer adoption and growth of Mobile Service 
• Collaborate with CX organization and other key stakeholders Ford Pro commercial, fleet, and government mobile service POV 
• Build and develop customer and dealer facing tools to increase share of mind of commercial mobile service business
• Metrics tracking of Dealer and van performance for Ford Pro
• Create large customers and fleet Mobile Service strategy (i.e. National Accounts, FMCs)
• Align with Ford CX on direction of Mobile Service program, performance tracking, dealer adoption
• Work with GXP team on Mobile Service scheduling efficiencies
• Work with Commercial Business Managers and Ford Pro Elite Coordinators to communicate program updates 
• Build and share Ford Pro Mobile Service best practices
• Develop plan for integration with Ford Pro Tech and Ford Pro software tools (Telematics, Fleet Management, Vehicle Health Alerts, etc.)

You'll have... 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in the dealer / dealership space
• Ability to accommodate 30% travel

• Previous field experience preferred
• Well-rounded understanding of multiple skills teams and business groups   
• Strong analytic skills and Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
• Comfortable presenting report outs to senior level executives
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven track record achieving key deliverables in current and previous roles
• Self-starter with ability to determine what needs to be done, how to prioritize, and deliver with minimal supervision
