What You Will Do:

Electrical / Power Supply Engineers work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment. They use electrical engineering skills, an understanding of manufacturing (cost, quality, safety, and schedule), and Raytheon systems and tools.

The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a talented Sr. Power Supply Engineer to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).

As a Sr. Power Supply Engineer you’ll work with a team of multi-disciplined engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team.
• Improve yields
• Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
• Create and oversee improvement projects
• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
• Perform hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations
• Participate in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
• Experience with Power Supplies or Power Electronics
• Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (such as Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc.)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology
• Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents
• Experience with project execution
• Experience in analog/power electronic component analysis and selection
• Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
