Our Johnson City, TN location is looking for an experienced and talented Quality Management System Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining a system for collecting, maintaining, distributing, revising, retaining, and disposing of all controlled documents used by Dentsply Sirona Endodontics.  Additional responsibilities for software management of associated manufacturing and training systems.

RESPONSBILITIES FOR EMPLOYMENT

• SmartSolve software subject matter expert for document control of Johnson City location – Operates and maintains the facility’s document control software system to ensure documentation concerning Quality and Regulatory Management compliance is accurate, complete, maintained, and stored to allow quick availability.
• Reviews all controlled documents for template format adherence, document references for accuracy and verifies documents are reviewed and approved by the required documents reviewers.
• Maintains a system for identifying, filing, storing, retaining, and destroying quality records from all departments within the operation unit of Dentsply Sirona Endodontics (Johnson City location only).
• Manages user accounts by adding new employees, deactivating employees, and assigns specific rights and roles to users based on their job description and training.
• Generates document reports upon request.
• Attends department meetings and records meeting minutes upon request of the Quality System process owners.
• Supports training software.  Communicates training performance (as needed).
• Assist management in external audit readiness activities.
• Manages EasyLabel database.
• Monitors CAPA, NC, Change Plan, Deviation and Quality Alert KPIs and reports to upper management.
• Depending on the needs of the company, the employee may be entrusted with and asked to perform other tasks related to his/her competence.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Office Systems Technology or similar; or equivalent combination of experience and education
