Technical Instructor 4

Job Responsibilities

Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products, in the Technical Training Center or at a customer site. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses for Sabre products. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material. Must be open to travel, approximately 10%

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Sabre tools
• Experience working in a customer Fab.
