Established 35-year-old Automotive Repair and Maintenance Company is expanding.  We are committed to building multiple stores in this market and are seeking top-level, HANDS-ON Management candidates with a desire to grow into key leadership roles.  THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.

Responsibilities:

• Builds long-term customer relationships based on trust, honesty, integrity and outstanding workmanship
• Supervises the use, care, and operation of high tech equipment necessary for diagnosing today’s vehicles.
• Focuses on customer satisfaction
• Completes automotive services thoroughly and quickly while focusing on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interaction with customers, co-workers, managers, and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Train and develop subordinate members of the Express Oil crew assigned to the store.
• Motivate crew and others to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Operate within EOC&TE guidelines and business practices to achieve strong financial results.
• Maintain a strong desire to continue to advance within the EOC&TE management structure to increasing levels of responsibilities.​

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Store management experience is a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and friendly, outgoing personality
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license
• On the job training for the right candidate

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
• At time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
