As the Insulins Commercial Lead for US Established Products at Sanofi, you will lead a critical business unit responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of insulin products, including Lantus, Toujeo, Soliqua, Admelog, and Apidra. Your strategic vision, financial acumen, and leadership skills will drive the success of our insulin franchise. The demand for effective insulin therapies continues to be a core part of Sanofi’s business. Your role as the Insulins Commercial Lead for Established Products will directly impact the lives of millions of patients living with diabetes.

Main responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the commercial strategy for Sanofi’s insulin portfolio and collaborate closely with Finance, Market Access, Analytics, Legal & Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure successful lifecycle management of products that relate.
- Drive strategies for market access, pricing, and reimbursement in line with business objectives with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Work closely with market access teams to navigate reimbursement challenges and proactively highlight risks and opportunity.
- Understand the impact of payer discounts, government regulations, and market dynamics on overall financial profitability.
- Leverage market intelligence to inform decision-making on Play to Win opportunities with partners, vendors, and innovative Go to Market strategies.
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to create accurate sales forecasts, assess financial viability, ROI, and profitability of insulin products to best optimize resource allocation based on financial impact.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups. Navigate the complex government landscape in US while becoming the global partner educating on US market.
- Ensure alignment with patient needs and market trends with Insulins ValYou and Affordability programming.
- Work closely with global supply chain (Manufacturing & Supply) to ensure product availability as well as coordinate with production, distribution, and inventory management to meet market demand.
About you
- Experience:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical leadership within the insulin market.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, market access, and financial analysis.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences and/or related field required
