Senior Project Manager with vast tender experience

We support each other’s development and celebrate our collective success. </span></p> <p><span>Your first assignments in Ørsted will be driving tenders for the ACO IPL, which manages a substantial portfolio of over 600 applications serving both enterprise-wide and specific business domains of different size and complexity. </span></p> <p><span>While the initial focus will be on tender-related projects, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to broader IT initiatives across Ørsted, including for example implementation and process optimization.</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>You’ll play an important role in: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>leading and coordinating EU and SKI tender processes from initiation to contract award</span></li> <li><span>facilitating and ensuring the documentation of functional requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>ensuring project traction and structured execution across multiple delivery streams</span></li> <li><span>managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a complex organisational landscape</span></li> <li><span>using Azure DevOps (ADO) to track progress and maintain transparency</span></li> <li><span>contributing to the continuous knowledge sharing within the Competency Centre.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>To succeed in the role, you: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>have extensive experience managing tenders, including SKI and EU frameworks, in large organisations</span></li> <li><span>have a proven track record of successfully led complex IT projects</span></li> <li><span>are confident navigating matrix organisations and working across business and IT delivery teams</span></li> <li><span>demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels</span></li> <li><span>are proficient in agile methodologies (SAFe knowledge is a plus) and project tracking tools like ADO</span></li> <li><span>hold a relevant certification such as IPMA B/C, PMP or PRINCE2, or equivalent experience.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Shape the future with us<br/></span></strong><span>Send your application to us as soon as possible.
