Your new job includes

As a (Senior) Category Manager (m/f/d) Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionery, you are responsible for the optimal product range and the best shopping experience for our customers in the Middle East Africa region.
In particular, you will

• conduct and evaluate demand, promotion and assortment analyses
• analyze the category performance per customer or location and control measures for positive category development
• control the assortment planning and take over the maintenance of assortment modules and individual listings of the category.
• prepare and independently conduct assortment meetings
• support the sales department in sales planning and inventory analysis and derive measures in the event of overstocks
• coordinate advertising space planning with Advertising & Promotion, including brand allocation
• provide category-related support to your customers, if necessary also on site

Preferred Profile

• Completed business studies and several years of professional experience as a category manager, sales manager, buyer or store manager 
• Sound knowledge of the product group Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionery as well as confident handling of SAP and the MS Office package
• Business fluent in English and German, Turkish would be a plus
• A high level of control and coordination skills with regard to interdepartmental cooperation
• Strong communication skills as well as an open-minded personality and a high analytical thinking ability
• Willingness to travel occasionally
