This role will oversee multidisciplinary fraud analytics and cybersecurity operations teams responsible for predictive analytics, forensic analysis, fraud detection, incident coordination, and stakeholder engagement across IRS online application ecosystems.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities and Duties:</span></strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead day-to-day operational oversight and strategic direction of the CFAM support program.</li> <li>Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting fraud analytics, predictive analytics, forensic analysis, and cybersecurity monitoring activities.</li> <li>Coordinate response activities to ensure alignment with IRS policies, operational requirements, and program objectives.</li> <li>Oversee staffing, onboarding, and resource management activities for personnel supporting the program.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder engagement activities and serve as a primary point of contact for program coordination.</li> <li>Develop and maintain program plans, governance documentation, and risk management artifacts.</li> &
