SEH is currenting searching for a Survey Crew Chief to join our talented Construction Services team!

This Opportunity:

  • Perform Control, Boundary and Topographic Surveys
  • Right of Way Plans
  • Use of Trimble data collectors
  • Use of drone's and 3D scanning technology

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous Survey experience, including field experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour days in remote or rural areas
  • Ability to work outside in various conditions
  • Willing to work out of town/travel
  • This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of CDOT procedures and standards including Right-of-Way plan production
  • Proficient with the use of Trimble data collectors, Trimble GPS, Trimble robotic total stations and Trimble Business Center
  • Ability to apply principles and practices of land surveying
  • Ability to understand and decipher horizontal/vertical datums and coordinate systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong math skills

This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.
