Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing strategic planning, and management of staffing, recruitment, compensation, and classification programs; integrating higher level policy, guidance, and instruction, and translating it to technical and authoritative guidance; providing complete and accurate advisory services; recommending solutions to resolve complex issues; developing new and/or modified work methods, approaches, and strategies.
