Manager, Benefits and HRIS

As an emerging, high-growth, global, and dynamic organization, we recognize the impact our people make every day with our customers and partners. We are looking to add a Manager/Sr. Manager of Benefits and HRIS to develop scalable and competitive benefit programs and oversee our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) in line with our mission, values and culture, and with a strong focus on employee experience. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company’s benefits strategy, programs and policies, and owns HRIS administration.  The successful candidate will partner with the VP of Talent Operations to build long-term benefit and HRIS strategies that will support and enable our rapidly growing organization. Benefits·       Evaluates competitive practices, recommends actions and/or programs, and interprets regulations, policies and procedures.·       Develops communication programs around benefit offerings for the company to generate employee engagement and understanding.·       Leads relationships with benefits brokers and vendors.·       Manage US benefits administration with an emphasis on employee experience and competitiveness.  Works with global HR team to ensure a consistent and holistic benefits offering across our international operations.·       Manages renewal negotiations with employee benefit vendors and brokers.Responsible for benefit plan changes, open enrollments, health and welfare plan administration (medical, dental, vision, disability [STD, LTD], life and other programs) as well as Xometry’s 401(k) plan.·       Ensures accurate processing of monthly vendor invoices.Document benefits-related processes.·       Manages benefits compliance. HRIS·       Implements and manages our new global HRIS platform.·       Works with other Talent Operations team member to provide reporting of key HR metrics and meaningful analytics that guide decision-makers.·       Serves as HR/IT/Payroll liaison for all HRIS updates, issues, and resolutions.·       Troubleshoots all HRIS issues.·       Provides project management for any related software changes/upgrades and implementation. Other Duties·       This role sits within the Xometry Talent Operations team.  As such, there will be cross-functional projects across all aspects of Talent Operations as well as within the larger People team. What You Need for This Position·       8+ years of relevant experience in People Operations in a global environment·       A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or Business·       Experience launching and managing HR programs from design to successful deployment in high growth organizations.·       Experience leading implementations of HRIS systems·       Strong process and project management skills·       Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, including recruiting, payroll, IT and other partners.·       Ability to write and communicate verbally in an effective and compelling manner·       Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgement to drive complex issues to resolution.·       A strong service orientation, high level of enthusiasm and a desire to help others succeed and grow·       Tech Industry experience highly desiredIf this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
