Senior Corporate Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

<p><br/> 32829 | Legal &amp; Compliance | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent</p> <p>As part of Allianz Technology SE´s Legal Department, you advise the company in all legal areas (except tax law and labor law). You provide business oriented legal advice to safeguard the interests of the company, to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations and to guide senior management. You will be part of the newly established Corporate Governance &amp; Boards team that is committed to providing legal support and consultation in connection with company law, maintenance of the legal entity organization, and corporate governance and board matters. The team manages the legal entity organization forming the global Allianz Technology Group which is part of the regulated insurance group of companies, Allianz Group. Your role will involve advice and consultation on all aspects of company law, following corporate formalities (board and committee meetings, board resolutions, directors` responsibilities).
