Senior Corporate Income Tax Accountant

We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Income Tax Accountant in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate corporate income tax return compliance.
• Prepare corporate tax income workpapers, identify book to tax differences and tax opportunities.
• Work with outside providers on quarterly estimates, extension and income tax provision.
• Research corporate income tax opportunities and share findings with Department.
• Assist on implementation and execution of corporate tax incentives, including working with different internal groups/department to ensure proper implementation.
• Research implications of tax law changes on the corporate structure and build tax scenarios.
• Timely preparation of joint venture tax returns and distribution to appropriate outside/internal parties.
• Collaborates with outside tax consultants on special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA is preferred
• 4 years of income tax experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience required
