About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager that can easily take in requests from several different input channels, help guide our Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams in prioritization efforts as well as execute on critical projects that help drive our business. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

  • Program management experience 6+ years with a leading cloud solution provider
  • General understanding of cloud needed to synthesize requests from stakeholders

Career Level - IC3

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
  • Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, identify process gaps and build mechanisms to scale.
  • Develop functional specifications, then drive the delivery in a successful and timely manner.
  • Drive program schedules from design to launch, communicate to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of business operations functions from managing work-back schedules, generating communications and presentations, and planning and coordinating meetings.
  • Improve current processes & coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency & productivity
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives
  • Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
  • Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor peers leveraging best practices and industry experience to develop and grow skills sets.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
