We invite applications for a postdoctoral research associate position in correlated condensed matter theory at Iowa State University and the Ames National Laboratory. The successful candidate will work with Prof. Rebecca Flint on problems in heavy fermions and magnetism, as well as collaborate with a range of condensed matter experimentalists and theorists at Iowa State University.
Candidates should have experience with many body quantum field theory techniques and an interest (although not necessarily experience) in collaborating with experimentalists. The position is expected to begin in summer/fall 2025, but earlier start dates can also be accommodated.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in condensed matter theory must be completed prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Research experience using analytical many body techniques.
