Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><p><strong>Location: Remote<br>Contract Length: 12 months (with option to extend)<br>Reports to: Marketing Director, Commonwealth<br>Languages: English</strong></p> <h3><strong>Your Impact</strong></h3> <p>As the Marketing & Events Specialist for Australia and New Zealand, you’ll help execute Axon’s regional marketing strategy through locally relevant events, campaigns, and communications. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of high-impact brand activations, adapt global programs for local relevance, and support Sales and Government Affairs with marketing that builds engagement, trust, and momentum across the region.<br><br>You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners including Product Marketing, Events, Creative, Sales, and Government Affairs. This role reports into the Marketing Director, Commonwealth, and calls for a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and manage priorities with confidence.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Plan and execute events, activations, and local experiences across Australia and New Zealand, including trade shows, summits, and partner programs</li> <li>Localize and deploy marketing assets, messaging, and social content for regional audiences</li> <li>Build partnerships with customers, associations, and industry influencers to increase awareness and adoption of Axon</li> <li>Partner with Sales and Government Affairs to support regional growth and relationship-building efforts</li> <li>Track and manage lead capture, event ROI, and post-event follow-up</li> <li>Track and report on event attendance, account engagement, and pipeline impact, including lifted and influenced pipeline generated through marketing activities</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency across regional initiatives</li> <li>Support the launch of campaigns and GTM programs tailored to Australia and New Zealand market needs</li> <li>Coordinate PR content, reputation management, media relations, and locally relevant cas
