MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implements and sustains IT and autonomous inventory management systems.

• Analyzes data to identify and reduce excess inventory and increase allowances and spare quantities for all assets; creates standard and ad hoc reports for management from logistics-related systems.

• Performs supply activities for the requisition, receipt, storage, shipment, and issue of parts, materials, and equipment required for the development, deployment, installation, and operation of IT systems.

• Maps data into specific organization systems and conducts site assessments to identify problems and assist the organization and its mission partners with determining what IT elements are needed for system implementation.

• Participates in projects enabling full system development support for logistics software installation to modernize DoD efforts in supply chain management processes, supporting IT systems adoption to business warehousing processes for focused logistics, total asset visibility, and integrating global supply chains.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in field necessary to assume Senior Logistics Specialist or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree

• 9+ years of experience with 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

• Advanced experience in all aspects of procurement, inventory management, and distribution, including modernization initiatives.

• Knowledge of IT asset management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes.

• Knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.

• Experience with transportation, warehousing, and distribution of IT equipment. Mastery of IT asset management software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, information technology, business administration, or a related field.

• Experience supporting DoD programs.

•  Experience in IT service management and ITIL-informed processes.

• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira. ITIL Foundation certificate, certified in
