Purpose of the Role:
As part of Sales Development, the Digital Wholesale Solutions & Sales Operations team is responsible both for implementing best-in-class and future oriented digital tools, as well as ensuring smooth and proper implementation of internal Sales processes & policies, to enable the Sales organization to achieve operational excellence and commercial success.
The holder of this position is a Digital Solutions ambassador (by utilizing digital tools, as well as inspiring and leading to the digital era through Digital Transformation implementations) and a safeguard of Sales processes & Company's policies and guidelines.
What you'll do:
- Be the Digital sales ambassador in the zone by promoting Digital tools within the sales community, keeping them always up-to-date while leading the zone’s Digital Transformation.
- Ensure a constant communication flow on status of the digital sales related projects and initiatives to main stakeholders, the Sales Leadership team and other sales and/or project-related functions.
- Manage the roll-outs of the Digital Wholesale Solutions [DWS] in the zone in collaboration with the Europe & Global roll-out teams, by driving the change management both internally (Sales/CS/GTM teams) & externally (Customers), designing the training & adoption plans and ensuring proper and timely communication to main stakeholders
- Be the zone SPOC to consolidate, document and prioritize the local user demands to Europe DWS team for required tools/process enhancements and new capabilities; Lead the User Acceptance Tests on new features (also by coordinating local stakeholders when required, ensuring end-to-end testing and providing key input to Europe and Global teams)
- Manage the resolution of the technical issues reported by customers and/or sales reps., by closely collaborating with Europe DWS team & Global IT operations
- Lead the Sell-In readiness process for the zone (as per EU's guidance) ensuring on-time systems & data setup, tools' readiness & content, defining sell-in calendar, cut-off dates & preparation plan, and coordinating communications in close collaboration with CS - GTM - IT - Supply Chain - Sales functions
- Drive Re-order & Clearance campaigns for each season based on the sales calendar and stock availability, while following the company's implementation policy; Ensure all systems readiness, on-time data's update, inventory and sales reports generation and act upon results to achieve annual targets.
- Secure Master Data excellence (portfolio classification, customer structure, customer doors, etc.) by overviewing the relevant processes & ensuring that databases and online tools are always and accurately up-to-date
- Co-ordinate the customer segmentation process and system's up-to-date status on that, as well as range segmentation by ensuring SAP is always accurately and on-time updated based on Go-to market teams' input.
- Drive special, ad hoc reporting and process related projects within the Sales Development team.
