RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $70,500 - $92,000

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

Reporting to the Technical Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical training and lead on-site oversight of technical training operations at Atlanta Academy.  The Lead Technical Trainer will monitor other trainers’ classroom deliveries for quality and be the line of communication to the JLR Technical Training Manager.

• Influence global curriculum and assess new content for the market to ensure execution is optimal.
• Support the rollout of the new training programs (attend T3s), learner journey requirements for the automotive network
• Technical Oversight of vehicles and equipment
• Manage Training and provide information and a QA for other Trainers
• Deliver global projects as required.  Support and lead Technician of the Year tasks and competitions.
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

 

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

 

• Bachleor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience related to the role
• Automotive or Engineering qualification
• ASE / JLR Certification
• Technical training delivery experience
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Excel and office
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and teach using various technologies
• Technician / Automotive technical experience
