Non-exempt / Hourly

Reports to HR Director

Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding:
  • Prepare new packets
  • Conduct orientation sessions
  • Ensure new employees are set up with necessary equipment and access
  • Process E-Verify and Review Form I9 documents
• Employee Offboarding
  • Conduct exit Interviews
  • Process termination paperwork
• Stay Interviews
  • Conduct stay interviews to understand employee satisfaction
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain employee records.  Reconciliation of benefit deductions
  • Handle correspondence and communication in the HR Mailbox
• Performance Management:
  • Help with performance review processes
  • Maintain performance records
  • Assist with the development of performance improvement plans

Requirements

• Associates degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred 
• Maintain personnel information and highest levels of confidentiality
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft 
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS preferred
