Sales Assistant

Location : Hybrid (Remote + Miami, FL)

HDF Energy is a leading global player in the hydrogen industry, developing large-scale hydrogen production, power plants, and cutting-edge fuel cell technology. After the successful launch of projects worldwide, we are expanding into the U.S. market. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Sales Assistant to support our VP in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Client Relations

• Follow up on proposals and client communications
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and prospects
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to client inquiries
• Take part in meetings with customers representing HDF

Coordination & Administrative Support

• Manage phone calls, emails, and incoming mail
• Coordinate projects with the French office
• Provide administrative and light accounting support
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Desired Profile :

• Fluent in English (French is an advantage)
• Proficient with office software (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Discreet, professional, and able to work independently
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
