A DAY IN THE LIFEAs the Operations Lead, Customer Pick-Up, you’ll report to our Nursery Yard Manager and help manage the daily tasks, projects, and processes that keep our customer pick-up process accurate, fast, and healthy. You’ll be responsible for helping customers get the product they have purchased, championing the importance of defined processes, and being the expert for the customer-facing side of the Operations – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country. YOUR IMPACTo Create a seamless customer experience by modeling our Customer Journey process and standing behind our Evergreen Guarantee™o Actively engage guests to support service and loss prevention, assist with purchases and returns, and promote our loyalty and Round-Up programso Champion daily operations by leading training, reinforcing zone schedules, and supporting a clean, well-organized flooro Manage plant health and presentation at Customer Pick-Up by overseeing watering, spacing, and stagingo Lead the Customer Pick-Up process by keeping areas organized, updating systems, resolving overdue orders, and loading orders quickly and accurately
