Job Description

Coordinates and completes high-level, complex projects related to system goals and initiatives.

Experience

  • 7 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
  • Experience in the healthcare industry

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be able to effectively manage a team, keeping staff motivated and productive
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills
  • Must have strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have proven organizational skills with ability to plan time effectively, balance multiple assignments, and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides high-level consultative, technical, and decision-making support to executive management regarding system goals and initiatives.
  • Conducts research and analyzes/interprets data, processes, and systems related to assigned projects.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements action plans, oversees project teams, and/or performs other project management duties as necessary to ensure successful completion of assigned projects within specified timeframes.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external resources.
