You will be responsible for planning and implementing research in complex projects of different sizes and verticals. The ideal candidate is an experienced research expert with a proven record of delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects. You should be a versatile self-starter who enjoys delivering complex solutions, translating research into actionable recommendations and a great team player able to support our international team with a positive, startup-minded attitude. <br/> <br/> You will be part of different projects aimed at supporting the group's clients in improving the performance of their digital assets through the collection of business requirements, the setting of the necessary tracks and the analysis of the data collected. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>You will take a key role in an international project team of researchers and be the main support of the projects’ research lead</li><li>You will advise on the selection of the right research method and lead the implementation of sub-projects and coordination of project-teams</li><li>You will be responsible for the visualization of research results and presenting them to clients and colleagues across different business units and seniority levels</li><li>You support the proper interpretation of results and the derivation of recommendations for action</li><li>You support with the selection and management of service providers (e.g., panel providers)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master’s Degree in economics, psychology, social sciences or similar (PhD advantageous)</li><li>2+ years of experience in research and consulting</li><li>Advanced understanding of various qualitative (e.g., interview, focus group) and quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, conjoint analysis)</li><li>Strong experience with quantitative data analysis in SPSS and/or R</li><li>Strong experience with visualization of results in MS PowerPoint</li><li>Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong team collaboration and organizational skills </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
