Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep our machinery in optimal working condition.
- This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- At lest 3 years' experience is required. as well as proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar position in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, automation, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment failures or malfunctions promptly to minimize production interruptions.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, including but not limited to rotary machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and other production equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities according to a predefined schedule to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical resources to troubleshoot, identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures for improved equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with other team members, equipment vendors and external contractors for specialized repairs or technical assistance as needed.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Train and assist operators in equipment maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

Schedule:
Must be available to work 12 hours shifts of 36 hrs/week and 48 hrs/week.

Shift pattern:
Starts on Mondays and repeats every 14 days.
Consistent of 2 days work / 2 days off / 3 days work / 2 days off / 2 days work / 3 days off
We believe you have
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience level: 3 years or more.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, automation (PLC), VFDs (inverters and drives), mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex equipment issues and find practical solutions.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to support production schedules and respond to emergencies.
