This position requires daily interaction and coordination with program team members (e.g. PMs, PEs, Engineers, Technical Writers, Contract Managers, Subcontract Managers and Configuration Analysts). This position requires the ability to plan daily and weekly activities and prioritize responsibilities to accomplish objectives.
What You Will Do
Administer Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) databases for Collins Aerospace Simulation and Training Solutions as follows:
Develop and maintain CDRL databases in accordance with Contract, DD Form 1423, and Statement of Work requirements.
Plan CDRL submittals in accordance with the program’s Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate CDRL deliveries with program team members.
Prepare Cover Pages and Data Item Transmittal correspondence forms/letters for CDRL submissions.
Submit CDRLs to customers, receive responses, and notify program team members of responses.
Prepare media (CD/DVD and hard copy) and shipping requests for CDRL deliveries.
Administer Data Library databases as follows:
- Populate and maintain data libraries and program data repositories for specifications, technical data, documentation, and software.
- Order, request, and download data for program team members.
- Maintain data library logs and records.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Participate in peer reviews of technical data and CDRL deliveries.
Production and shipment of Technical Data Package (TDP) deliveries (digital and hard copy) consisting of technical manuals, engineering documentation, vendor documentation, and product drawings.
Coordinate TDP deliveries with program team members.
Order office supplies required for preparation and production of TDPs.
Prepare Data Accession Lists and Master Document Lists.
Edit and format technical documentation and presentations.
Provide administrative assistance to Program Managers (PMs) and Project Engineers (PEs).
Take minutes in customer meetings.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Proficient using Microsoft Office O365 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Working knowledge of ALM (Confluence, Jira, Fisheye/Crucible)
