AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services has an opening for a working Print Production Supervisor to lead our production team!  The Production Supervisor coordinates all print production, ensuring quality initiatives while working alongside the production team.  This position provides oversight to multiple departments including offset printing, digital printing, bindery and direct mail. This position is also responsible for providing a safe, clean and organized environment for employees, customers, visitors, etc.  The Production Supervisor routinely works with a high-level of self-initiative and responsibility in addressing situations involving all aspects of production, including but not limited to policies and procedures, equipment troubleshooting, employee schedules, process improvements, reduction in waste, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Minimum Education and Experience: ·     Minimum of two (2) years management experience in a print production environment;·     Minimum of five (5) years experience, in a printing environment, including digital, off-set and large format.
