By seamlessly integrating interactive polls across the open web, Opinary sparks meaningful conversations, drives user participation, and helps our partners to understand their audiences. </p><p>Join us as <strong>(Senior) Publisher Sales Manager, Opinary Europe and UK (m/f/d)</strong> at Opinary on a critical next chapter of our journey, where we're taking Opinary to new markets and expanding our services and client universe internationally.</p> <h3>Key duties and responsibilities:</h3> <ul><li>Bring our Opinary Saas product to the market focussing on the Europe and UK</li><li>Own sales process to meet and exceed annual and quarterly company revenue targets</li><li>Unlock your network: open new partnerships, close deals, and grow long-term relationships and revenue </li><li>Upselling: nurture relationships within our existing partnerships, identify opportunities for upselling and expansion</li><li>Collaboration with marketing: work closely with Opinary’s marketing team to align on product promotion</li><li>Representation: travel as needed to represent Opinary at client meetings and conferences Europe and worldwide</li></ul> <h3>About you:</h3> <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital publisher landscape with a deep understanding of complex (media) organizations</li><li>5 years of successful SaaS sales experience with personal responsibility for 6-7 figure annual account volumes </li><li>Proven track record in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in consultative selling, objection-handling, focused on large organizations</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Excellent written, persuasive speaking and contract negotiation skills</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the (media) industry</li><li>A credible, trusted profile in the industry - evidenced for example through strong personal network preferably in Europe and UK (less in the DACH region), visibility at conferences and gatherings or ability to create thought-provoking content </li><li>Deep interest and understanding of publishers’ data strategies and how the publisher landscape is responding to the demise of the 3rd party cookie </li><li>Strong analytical skills, leveraging data insights for decision-making and client success</li><li>Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards affecting digital publishers</li><li>Native English speaker, proficient German is a plus</li><li>Preferably based in Berlin with willingness and ability to travel</li></ul> <h3>What we offer:</h3> <ul><li>A crowd of passionate and smart people from different personal &amp; professional backgrounds, that foster open discussions, fun and a strong feedback-culture</li><li>Ownership from day one</li><li>Growth and continuous learning: everyone at Opinary is encouraged to trust in experiments and to grow - including 2000€ learning budget per year</li><li>A flexible working environment: choose your working hours, take unlimited work-from-home and enjoy generous vacation contingent</li><li>Regular business travels to visit relevant clients, conferences and industry events</li></ul> <h3>Sounds great?
