Responsibilities:

  • Understands EB and Shared Service Center business - acts entrepreneurial and identifies new opportunities to improve the business and the value for our customers;
  • Is responsible for delivering in-quality and in-time services to our customers (LSOs);
  • Manages the performance of the indoor sales team and mitigates potential risks of lower performance;
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and works towards standardization and harmonization of processes;
  • Acts as a Change Ambassador;
  • Monitors the team KPIs and  internal controls within own team, identify potential risks, and propose solutions (in accordance with in-place rules & guidelines);
  • Conducts Customer Satisfaction discussions with local partners;
  • Analyzes and distributes workload and suggests solutions to the Head of CoS regarding potential risks;
  • Proactively partners with the local entity representatives (sales managers, local team leads, division leads, etc.) regarding any performance topics or escalation;
  • Is responsible for developing the team, based on their Performance and Behavior evaluation and in accordance with the Career Path;
  • Oversees the progress of various improvement and standardization initiatives within own team;
  • Acts as a leader and a role model for their own team, encouraging growth, motivating, and thinking out of the box;
  • Mediates interpersonal conflicts;
  • Assures and oversees the completion of all administrative tasks for the team (working schedule, holiday planning & backup set-up, etc.);
  • Is involved in the recruitment process;
  • Plans and oversees the integration of new hires;
  • Support with daily business temporarily taking over tasks from team members if it is not possible to reallocate or delegate.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales, business, economics, or another related field;
  • Experience in BPO or Share Service Center business;
  • Experience in leadership, team management, and hiring;
  • Business sense and understanding;
  • Experience in transition projects and/or in continuous improvement methodologies and implementations;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German;
  • SAP Knowledge or experience with different ERP experience is mandatory;
  • Strong communication skills and good teaching/coaching abilities;
  • Good negotiation and conflict mitigation skills;
  • Effective inter-personal and people management abilities;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and work towards standardization and harmonization of processes;
  • Ability to take the initiative, proactively identify issues or risks and suggest solutions;
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt and work in new situations or processes and prioritize accordingly;
  • Proactivity in implementing sustainable change;
  • Fact-driven and strong analytical skills, detail-oriented attitude;
  • Team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm;
  • Up to 10% travel required.
