Cigna Service Delivery Manager (Client Experience Manager) - EviCore

Job Description Summary:

In this role, you will provide advanced professional input and leadership to complex Client Services assignments/projects specific to Cigna. You will be responsible for providing client support in the areas of service delivery, including but not limited to:

• Product enhancements
• New product implementations
• Reporting
• Bug Fixes
• Corrective Action Plans
• Client Audits

Additionally, this position will be expected to autonomously respond to complex inquiries, solve advanced problems using independent judgment and discretion, and ensure superior client satisfaction with products and services. This role will proactively collaborate with Cigna’s NAST, managing daily operational performance for assigned segment(s) in support of Cigna members and providers.  Lastly, this position should consistently produce a high level of performance and model leadership oriented behavior to their colleagues, regularly exhibiting the below competencies for this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma required; four-year college degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience working directly with EviCore’s proprietary software platforms (Image One, Isaac, or eP); 2+ years as a CSDM I preferred
• Advanced working knowledge of EviCore’s prior authorization process, including post-service client offerings (Appeals, Claims, etc.) 
• 5+ years’ experience working in a customer/client support facing role

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,600 - 104,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
