THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Assistant Manager to oversee the EVS/PAD daily operations of the floor, employees, and daily administrative duties.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift
• Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
• Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS, Housekeeping, or related field.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory experience.
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS/PAD management experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort setting.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Hotel Management or related field. Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment; has a sense of urgency and maintains a professional persona.
