HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Sr. HRIS Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, People Operations & Systems in the Human Resources (HR) department. This role manages administration and set-up for all HR information systems including HR management, payroll, rewards, learning management, applicant tracking, and case management. The incumbent will partner with various areas of the business and within HR to recommend best practices around security administration, business process design, and end user experience for the designated HR information systems.

Oversee and maintain optimal function of internal HR information systems and corresponding database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.

Install, implement, modify, and upgrade HR software and applications to meet changing business and technology needs

Provide escalated technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to all employees.

Collaborate with business leadership, internal HR staff and cross-functional system users/SMEs (i.e., Payroll Manager) to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommend solutions, and implement changes

Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for administrative, supervisor and employee service users

Program custom functions such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.

Serve as the lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for day-to-day product support and HR database design projects

Ensure system compliance with HR legislation, data security regulations, and privacy requirements

Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications

Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization
