Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a standout Director of Clinical Operations for Primary Care. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides leadership to the primary care clinics of the medical group.

The Role

As the Director of Clinical Operations (Primary Care) you will be responsible for day-to-day primary care clinic operations. Already existing services include behavioral health, family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, dental, and OB and this leader will partner with Medical Directors and process improvement leads to successfully implementing new service lines.

Along with these operational responsibilities and creating a collaborative environment, this role will be the system representative for ACO integration, value-based care implementation, and denial management. This is an opportunity to lead these medical group teams to achieve the best outcomes for our patients and the hospital.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another related field required
  • Master's in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years related medical practice management experience in a complex environment required
