Description

The overriding and most important function of each employee is to either directly (by interaction) or indirectly (by providing the key support role to a guest experience) strive   to provide the finest in friendly service and quality product.

Requirements

• Possess a knowledge of working a register and handling money.
• Daily restocking of retail displays.
• Handling incoming phone calls.
• Performing daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Performs daily routine chores to ensure neat and orderly appearance.
• Greeting and assisting guests in a polite and expedient manner.
• Handles and communicates with guests on a one-on-one basis in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintains a businesslike atmosphere in the retail area at all times.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance and a professional conduct at all times.
• Basic knowledge of all departments of the resort.
• Knowledge of al in store programs, policies and procedures.
• Must have a flexible schedule due to the nature of our business
