Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-driven, people-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help lead daily spa operations and drive performance at the front desk. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Spa Manager, you will partner closely with the Spa Manager to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Front Desk Leadership: Lead day-to-day front desk operations while setting the standard for professionalism, hospitality, and sales excellence.
  
  
• Sales & Membership Growth: Lead by example in membership conversion, retail sales, and service upgrades. Coach and motivate Sales Associates to consistently hit performance goals.
  
  
• Team Training & Development: Train, support, and develop front desk staff to improve confidence, sales skills, and customer service.
  
  
• Client Experience: Build meaningful relationships with guests by offering personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to their wellness goals.
  
  
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, payroll support, inventory management, sales reporting, and operational tracking.
  
  
• Results-Driven Execution: Monitor KPIs, adapt strategies, and take initiative to drive results based on business needs.
  
  
• Flexible Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

• Proven sales experience (membership-based, retail, hospitality, or service environments preferred)
  
  
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and inspire teams
  
  
• Confidence in client interactions and closing sales
