Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- (Full-Time/ Evening Shift/ 3pm-11:30pm/ EOW)

Description

Foxdale Village is a Quaker-directed, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in State College, PA. Foxdale Village was founded on the values of treating every person with dignity and respect and actively strives to create an engaging and welcoming environment for all. We are seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our caring and dedicated team. This position generally works Monday-Friday, every other weekend, 3pm-11:30pm. This position participates in rotating holidays. 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Profile:

• Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures.
• Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures.
• Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities.
• Accurately document using PointClickCare electronic health records system.
• Ability to interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents’ family members
• Works Evening shift; [Full-Time 72 hours per pay]

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Minimum Qualifications Include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• The possessor or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR card.
