We are seeking an experienced Software Programming Manager to join the HIROTEC Teamthatwill play a key role within the in-house software development team, which is responsible for developing and supporting the company’s ERP system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of employees locally and projects globally for internal ERP system.
• Collecting system requirements from various departments.
• Analyzing system information with upper management for approval process.
• Support in the training of end users, along with troubleshooting, analysis, repair, and reporting of the ERP system.
• Supporting the integration of .NET application with MS SQL server, performing problem analysis and developing countermeasures, application design and development, and maintaining appropriate technical and procedural documentation.

The position requirements include management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and/or 7+ years’ experience in designing and developing C# (preferred) & VB.NET applications and services.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of .NET framework/.NET Standard and the CLR, and a proficient understanding of Microsoft SQL Server database management systems. Expertise designing reports using Crystal Reports/SQL Server Reporting Services and developing C#, VB.NET, ASP .NET and JavaScript Desktop & web applications. Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
