Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You'll Deliver
Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting techniques
Implement LLM safety, observability, and policy compliance (e.g., logging, red-teaming, PII handling)
Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, customer-facing applications and services
Write clean, well-documented, and extensible code aligned with engineering standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Quality Engineering
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (refinement, coding, testing, deployment)
Participate in Agile practices and continuously improve development processes and quality
Manage task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables to meet performance expectations
Ownership of multiple versions of data warehouse code for imports from various time and billing systems
Owning ways to scale existing code, and options to modernize platform

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
3–5 years of software development experience with strong C# and TypeScript/JavaScript skills
Experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL, and Entity Framework
Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks and test coverage practices
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Strong knowledge of backend development, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
Proven prompt engineering experience and strong written communication skills
Nice to Haves:
Experience with AI-enabled development (e.g., Agentic AI tools, prompt orchestration, AI feature delivery)
Cloud and containerization experience (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on secure, scalable design
Azure data Factory
SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, SQL
