THE ROLE

We are hiring a Lending Program Manager to drive the growth of Unit’s embedded lending offerings. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of Unit’s embedded lending roadmap, spending time with our clients (such as Toast and Honeybook) understanding their needs and work cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams to deliver new embedded lending products.  You will also work with our sales and marketing teams to bring these new products to market and help our implementations team successfully onboard new lending clients and drive revenue for Unit. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with Unit’s clients and prospects to understand their needs with respect to delivering embedded lending products to end customers 

• Work with Unit’s product and engineering teams to develop a lending product roadmap that meets these needs 

• Work with Unit’s legal and compliance teams to ensure compliant design and oversight of Unit’s lending products

• Work with Unit’s bank partners and capital markets partners to deliver embedded lending products

• Work with Unit’s sales and marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption and revenue from Unit’s embedded lending products

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with FinTech product management - bonus points for experience with lending products, banking-as-a-service or embedded financial services 

• Demonstrated experience bringing complex products from conception to production and scale

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Passion for the future impact of embedded financial services

COMPENSATION

The base salary for this role is expected to be $150,000 - $180,000 per year. In addition, employees at Unit can expect generous benefits and may be eligible for equity and/or variable compensation. The final offer will be determined by factors including experience level, expertise, and location.
