Responsibilities

Crawford is looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who understands how to turn business needs into clear, useful content people want to read.

The ideal candidate is equal parts creator, strategist, and community builder, someone who can produce high‑quality content, manage social channels, and support brand initiatives across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute the social media content calendar across all platforms

• Create engaging posts, stories, and short‑form videos aligned to brand voice
• Monitor performance, engagement, and audience growth
• Respond to comments and messages in coordination with internal teams
• Partner with the marketing team on messaging and campaigns

Content Creation

• Produce high‑quality graphics, visuals, and short videos for digital channels

• Write clear, compelling copy for social, email, landing pages, and internal communications
• Support creation of flyers, line cards, event materials, and promotional assets
• Maintain and evolve brand templates, including PowerPoint and letterhead

Campaign and Event Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support multi-channel campaigns
• Create content for events including grand openi
