We are leading the industry in using big data intelligence to enable the shift from reactive care to proactive population level health management and are looking for a Process Architect to join us.

Within our Healthcare Compliance Team, the Process Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes that all of engineering development follows, in accordance with Standards and Regulations. You will be part of an international team. We are looking for someone with a strong capability to learn and with strong communication skills in a dynamic environment. Excellent project management, compliance, and communication skills will form the foundation for success in this role.

You will play a key role in providing strong focus on process standardization, policy creation, and continuous education to ensure that processes are consistently followed and optimized. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, contributing to broad cross-functional projects and initiatives, and identifying process gaps and developing solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience 
  • At least 5-7 years of experience with at least 3 years of regulatory health care technology related work experience
  • Awareness of software development process 
  • Strong communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of information technology work experience, preferably in area of process improvement or product development
  • Awareness / Experience working with 

•             ISO 9001:2015

•             FDA 21 CFR Part 820

•             ISO 13485:2016

 

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities of a Process Architect will include, but are not limited to 

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and improving SDLC processes in accordance with Standards and Regulations
  • Strong focus on process standardization, policy creation, and continuous education to ensure that processes are consistently followed and optimized
  • Identifying process gaps and developing solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes
  • Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure processes remain effective and relevant.
  • Provide process consulting to teams
  • Provide trainings, creating training content in support of the processes
  • Contribute to broad, cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Participate in audits and inspections
  • Contribute to continual improvement activities

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
