Maid Right seeks a Customer Service Representative, who drives sales by effectively booking estimates and one-time cleanings while delivering excellent customer service to existing customers. They can also be cross-trained to serve as an estimator or field manager.
 
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
• Respond to and handle incoming telephone calls and web leads
• Sell Maid Right services by phone to potential customers
• Schedule estimates
• Make back-marketing phone calls to re-engage customers
• Maintain Social Media postings on Facebook, Instagram and other outlets
• Increase the customer base to meet monthly standards
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals

Administrative:
• Document and maintain all incoming calls from prospective customers and overall master records
• Scan and maintain files on all estimates
• Send thank you and/or welcome letters to franchisee prospects and after estimates

Requirements:
• Phone, computer and communication and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Able to work regular office hours
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security card
• Bilingual
• Must be bondable; requires passing a criminal background check
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Maid Right image
• Attendance and participation in all staff meetings
• Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies

Physical Demands
Requires frequently: Standing, carrying and/or lift 25 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, sitting for long periods, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Must be able to function in high-pressure situations, take legible handwritten notes where necessary, have correctable vision and hearing. Also includes environmental exposure to chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions, air conditioned/heated home environments, low to medium noise levels such as that typical of cleaning equipment operations, and lighting as found in typical home environments.
 
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.  The Franchisee reserves the right to revise or change duties as the need arises. Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
