In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the electrification of flight. Our Sub-Assembly Manufacturing Team is in need of a Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly and test of inverters, wire harnesses, Low/High Voltage sub-assemblies, and flight control boxes. This hands-on role would also support the installation of these sub-assemblies into our aircraft on the final assembly line.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the electrification of flight. Our Sub-Assembly Manufacturing Team is in need of a Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly and test of inverters, wire harnesses, Low/High Voltage sub-assemblies, and flight control boxes. This hands-on role would also support the installation of these sub-assemblies into our aircraft on the final assembly line.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Hands-on assembly of key components/subsystems to be installed in our CTOL and VTOL aircraft.
- Support Mfg. Engineers develop detailed work instructions and assembly processes to ensure the highest quality product.
- Provide feedback and take action to improve the assembly and test processes.
- Performing in-process quality control inspection tasks, feeling comfortable identifying and raising concerns about process deviations, and being an integral part of any troubleshooting efforts to solve them.
- Maintaining accurate and clear manufacturing documentation in compliance with both internal and external quality systems or regulations.
- Maintaining maintenance logs for all machines or processes they oversee, which requires proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Log and track inventory and job hours as needed using the ERP system.
- Using all mandated safety equipment and complying with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelines
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications We are seeking:
- Two-year degree in electrical/electronics or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in ESD safety standards for personnel, equipment, environment, and tooling..
- Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high-quality work every time.
- Ability to troubleshoot circuits/wiring / and/or electronic hardware.
- Experience in working with PCBA and Box builds for low and high-voltage systems.
- Strong electrical understanding and experience.
- Strong dexterity skills with the ability to operate hand and power tools.
Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:
- Experience in a high compliance manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Medical, or Mil-Spec)
- Experience in wiring, harness building, and circuit box builds.
- Experience in working in an ESD environment.
- Ability to lead and teach others.
- 5+ Years of experience in a like role.
- Computer savvy with experience with test equipment.
- Self-starter.
- Enthusiastic about aviation!
