Overview
Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday)
What You'll Do
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to C-suite leadership, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities
- Analyze incoming communications, streamline information flow, and ensure executives are equipped for effective decision-making

Draft, prepare, and coordinate executive-level communications, reports, and briefing materials
- Act as a trusted partner, helping to manage priorities, follow-ups, and key deliverables
- Lead development and coordination of executive presentations (PowerPoint), in partnership with Communications, to ensure polished and high-impact materials

Support preparation for key forums (i.e. Connection Sessions, MBRs) with the goal of reducing executive prep time

Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and manage end-to-end execution for meetings and events

Manage projects and administrative processes on behalf of executives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
