Attorney (Family Law, Employment or Personal Injury Law)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Attorney with experience in Family Law, Employment Law, or Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strong negotiator, and skilled litigator who can independently manage cases while providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Family Law, Employment Law, or Personal Injury matters, including litigation, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation through resolution.
• Provide clear legal advice and counsel to clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Prepare for and appear in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with internal staff, paralegals, and other attorneys as needed.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and billing records.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
