<br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Oversee Accounting Operations: Manage daily operations of the accounting department, including preparation of financial statements in compliance with standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and insights.</li>
<li>Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with developing and implementing budgets, monitor performance, and conduct variance analysis.</li>
<li>Team Management: Supervise and mentor a small team of Business & Finance Associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.</li>
<li>Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.</li>
<li>Audit Coordination: Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Partner with other departments to align financial practices with organizational objectives.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading teams with a collaborative approach.</li>
