Responsibilities

 

•    Prepares weekly and monthly reports and invoicing 
•    Review Accounts receivable data entry daily 
•    Performs weekly review of cash activity compared to bank reports 
•    Provides customer service and phone support 
•    Prepares and reconciles weekly files for billing 
•    Prepare and balance ACH file 
•    Provide support for SOX and GAAP compliance 
•    Prepare, send and/or approve weekly ACH transfers Interact closely with customer and fulfill needs 
•    Assist Accounting manager with all aspects of the department 
•    Reconcile sales reports and data enter information Data entry into SAP system 
•    Prepare audit reports for year-end reporting 
•    Prepare daily tracking reports of equipment 
•    Prepare daily report for terminal liquidated damages 
•    Provide support of accounts receivable activity 
•    Review and provide support for Aged Accounts receivable reporting 
•    Review of all ACH wire transactions 
•    Review of weekly adjustments file 
•    Maintains policy and procedures manuals 
•    Prepare General Ledger journal entries on an as needed basis 
•    All other duties as assigned 
 

Qualifications

 

•    BA, or equivalent - Accounting with 2-4 years experience OR 2 year degree, or equivalent, in Accounting (pursuing a 4 year) with 3-5 years experience 
•    Must be extremely proficient in P.C. based applications, particularly in Microsoft excel, word, outlook and power point. 
•    Experience in general ledger software : preferably Great plains Knowledge of GAAP policies and compliance 
•    Experience with Automated Clearing house and Federal Reserve rules and regulations.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,440 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
