Fluence is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enable the company's mission to create a sustainable, clean-energy future for future generations. Global ERP implementation will be at the core of the transformation and will be a strategic companywide initiative.We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our digital transformation team. As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and sustainability. As the Global Warehouse & Inventory Lead with expertise in SAP HANA/S4, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our global warehouse and inventory management processes. Your primary objective is to ensure efficient operations, precise inventory control, and the strategic use of SAP HANA/S4 to enhance supply chain performance. RESPONSIBILITIES · SAP HANA/S4 Warehouse & Inventory Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic vision for warehouse and inventory management, leveraging the capabilities of SAP HANA/S4 to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the global supply chain.· Global Process Standardization: Standardize warehouse and inventory management practices across various regions and facilities to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives· Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.· Warehouse Management: Oversee the management of global warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping. Implement best practices for space utilization, layout, and safety.· SAP HANA/S4 Implementation: Lead or contribute to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of SAP HANA/S4 modules related to warehouse and inventory management, ensuring alignment with business requirements.·
